One offer. A clear route to an enquiry.
This package is for businesses that want to build one clearly defined acquisition process. It connects an offer and target audience with a landing page and reliable enquiry handover. One AI workflow handles a recurring task within that process.
We do not start by adding as many channels as possible. First, we clarify who the offer is for, why it matters and what should happen after an enquiry. Each part of the implementation follows from those decisions.
What is included
- Refinement of one offer for one defined audience.
- One landing page with a clear scope, relevant evidence and a contact route.
- An enquiry form with the information needed for this process.
- Handover to an agreed CRM or a suitable existing system.
- Contact-journey measurement events aligned with visitor consent.
- One AI workflow connecting up to three systems.
- Documentation, functional testing and handover to a responsible person.
For example, the AI workflow could structure an incoming request and prepare a reply draft. Whether this is suitable depends on the available data and interfaces. External messages and consequential actions receive an explicitly agreed approval process.
An illustrative workflow
A technical service provider wants enquiries for one particular consulting offer. A visitor understands the problems addressed on the landing page and describes a project. The enquiry appears in the CRM. An AI step produces a structured summary and suggests questions for clarification. A member of staff reviews the record and decides how to respond.
This is an example of a possible implementation, not a promised project outcome. The actual steps are agreed for your offer before work begins. Connecting a smaller number of well-defined steps makes the process easier to test and operate.
Delivery and acceptance
We first define the goal, responsibilities and acceptance criteria. Then we create the page structure and copy, connect the systems and implement the AI step. Testing covers ordinary enquiries, missing information, unavailable systems and handover to people.
Acceptance includes ensuring that the responsible person can use the workflow and recognise errors. Documentation records which systems are connected, what data is transferred and where approval is required. This also makes later changes easier to understand.
Prerequisites and pricing
We need a responsible contact person, the offer details and suitable access to the agreed systems. Feasibility depends on interfaces, data quality and permissions; these are checked before implementation is committed.
Pricing is tailored to the defined process. Larger website relaunches, additional funnels, further integrations and ongoing campaign management are outside this package. Advertising budgets and external software costs are agreed separately. German and English content can be included in the proposal where needed.
Common questions
Can we keep our existing CRM?
If a suitable interface and the necessary permissions are available, we plan the workflow around the existing system.
Does the AI step have to act independently?
No. Preparing work for human review is often a useful starting point. The level of automation is agreed explicitly.
Is ongoing optimisation included?
This package covers building, testing and handing over the defined process. Ongoing support is a separate agreement.
