Who this package is for
You want to use AI in marketing, but new tools, existing campaigns and everyday tasks make it difficult to decide what matters first. Your website and channels may already exist without working together. This strategy package creates a shared decision framework for one brand and one website.
It suits owner-led businesses and small marketing teams that want to understand the work before investing in it. We look at the offer, audience and existing workflows together. We only recommend a tool once its purpose is clear.
What is included
- An assessment of one brand, one website and its main enquiry journey.
- A review of SEO and GEO foundations: relevant search questions, content, internal connections and technical discoverability.
- An evaluation of existing marketing channels and their role in customer acquisition.
- A review of available conversion data and gaps in measurement.
- Three concrete automation opportunities, each with a goal, prerequisites, connected systems and limits.
- A prioritised implementation plan with dependencies and clear success criteria.
You receive a written decision document. It separates observed facts, working hypotheses and areas where data is missing. This helps you discuss the recommendations internally and commission the next stage of work.
How we work together
We begin with your business model, offer and the kinds of enquiries you want to receive. We then assess your website, existing content, campaigns and processes. Where suitable data access is available, we use it for the analysis. We do not change advertising settings or production workflows as part of the review.
Next, we prioritise work by value, effort and dependencies. For example, a new campaign may have limited value if the landing page does not explain the offer. An automated follow-up process first needs a reliable way to receive and assign enquiries.
We discuss the completed plan together. You can see where to start, what needs preparing and which outcomes can later be evaluated. The purpose is a useful sequence of work, rather than a long wish list that remains disconnected from daily operations.
What we need from you
A contact person, a description of your offer and your existing customer knowledge provide a useful starting point. A data-informed review also requires appropriate read access, for example to Search Console or website analytics. If those records are not available, we document the gap and limit our conclusions accordingly.
Pricing and scope boundaries
Pricing is provided on request and depends on the systems involved and the depth of analysis. Website development, campaign delivery and automation implementation are separate projects. Advertising spend and external software licences are not included in the strategy package.
Common questions
Will I only receive a list of tools?
No. The deliverable explains tasks, priorities and prerequisites. Tools are only recommended when they serve a specific purpose in the proposed workflow.
Does lol.marketing have to implement everything afterwards?
You can use the plan for your own internal decisions. Any work you want us to deliver is defined in a separate proposal.
Is a certain number of enquiries guaranteed?
The strategy defines measurable goals and justified actions. Demand, competition, your offer and implementation affect the eventual outcome, so we do not promise a fixed enquiry count.
