Improve existing marketing with a clear structure
A website or campaign does not become effective simply because it has been published. Audiences respond differently, content needs updating and workflows must fit everyday operations. Ongoing management provides a dependable structure for that work.
This package suits businesses with an existing marketing setup that want to improve quality and impact consistently. It covers up to two explicitly agreed channels. Activities and production quantities are defined in the individual proposal.
What is included
- Ongoing work on up to two agreed marketing channels.
- Planned content and campaign tasks within the defined scope.
- Reporting on relevant measures and what they mean for decisions.
- Prioritisation and delivery of specific improvements.
- Monitoring and support for existing automations explicitly accepted into the scope.
- Regular discussion of progress, open questions and next steps.
Possible combinations include SEO and content, or Google Ads and email marketing. We choose the combination according to your needs and the foundations already in place. A channel name does not mean unlimited articles, advertisements or new pages.
How decisions are made
We begin by documenting the objectives and available data. We then select measures that represent the work meaningfully. For an enquiry campaign, the quality of incoming enquiries matters more than the number of clicks alone.
Observations lead to specific tasks. A page that appears in search but receives few clicks may need a clearer search listing. A landing page with substantial traffic but few relevant enquiries may have an offer or contact-journey problem instead. We document changes and allow a suitable period before evaluating their effect.
AI supports research, analysis and preparatory tasks. Publishing, advertising changes and other consequential actions follow agreed approvals. Responsibility for the content and decisions remains clear.
Supporting existing automations
At the start, we document the workflows accepted into the service and their connected systems. Checks cover executions, visible errors and agreed handovers to people. If interfaces or requirements change substantially, the necessary additional work is assessed separately.
Ongoing support requires suitable access, understandable processes and a contact person. An undocumented system may first need an assessment before it can be included in regular management. We agree responsibilities for exceptions so an error does not silently become somebody else’s task.
Pricing and boundaries
Pricing is provided on request and depends on channels, production quantities and the processes included. New websites, additional channels and new integrations are separate extension projects. Advertising spend and software costs are additional. Contract duration and the communication rhythm are explicitly defined in the proposal.
Common questions
Does the package include unlimited content?
No. Quantities, formats and revision rounds are agreed before work starts, so the workload and expectations remain clear.
Can we add another channel later?
Yes, through an explicitly agreed extension. We first check whether the existing foundations and available resources support it.
How do we assess the value?
We evaluate agreed goals using suitable data, such as qualified enquiries, relevant search visibility and reliably executed workflows. Reporting should support decisions rather than merely collect numbers.
