Work together on a real task
An AI workshop is useful when the team can handle a concrete task better afterward. We design workshops for SMEs, business owners and small marketing teams that want to use AI in daily work. Content follows the actual task and starting knowledge: preparing a reliable content brief, developing a marketing report or structuring customer enquiries.
We begin with the need rather than a long list of current tools. Which task should become easier? How can a colleague recognise a good result? Which information may be used? Those answers shape the session. Integrations and a complete production setup are scoped separately where they require additional implementation.
What the team develops
The agreed scope includes a prepared practical task, understandable foundations, guided exercises and a shared review. Participants build a usable brief, assess drafts against concrete criteria and record the next steps. Suitable templates and examples are prepared so the team can reuse them after the session.
Depending on the objective, topics can include writing, research, data interpretation or automation. We distinguish a single model interaction, a fixed workflow and an agent that chooses subsequent actions. Anthropic’s architecture guidance provides a technical reference; the workshop turns the distinctions into practical choices for your business tasks.
Preparation and delivery
Beforehand, we establish who is attending, their experience and the intended working area. Your team provides suitable approved examples. If original data should not be used, we prepare representative samples instead. Access and technical requirements are agreed in advance so the shared time can focus on the task.
The workshop combines explanation, practice and review. We examine unsuccessful outputs as well: where was context missing, which statement lacked evidence and when should the team ask for clarification? The session ends with an identified owner and a manageable next pilot. Scope, format and scheduling are agreed in the proposal rather than promising mastery of every AI task after a fixed number of hours.
An illustrative outcome
Imagine a marketing team that wants to turn expert knowledge into newsletters and articles more efficiently. In this hypothetical workshop, participants choose a customer question and collect approved facts. They create a shared brief and two drafts for different formats, then review accuracy, voice and the next step using a short checklist.
The result is a documented working method the team can try on further topics. The workshop is not an ongoing editorial service. Where regular implementation is needed, AI marketing and automation can build on that foundation.
What determines effort
Participant numbers, prior knowledge, example preparation, subject depth, format and follow-up requirements shape the scope. One shared introductory exercise differs from several role-specific workflows. Pricing is available on request. Software access, any travel and additional implementation are identified separately.
Common questions
Does the team need previous AI experience?
No. We adapt the material to the starting point. Separate exercises can help where roles differ significantly. Relevant tasks and a willingness to review results critically matter more than familiarity with a particular tool.
Is the workshop only about Claude?
No. Tool selection follows the need and the existing working environment. For an explicitly Claude-focused implementation, our specialist service Claude-OS can provide the technical depth.
Will our processes be fully automated afterward?
Not automatically. A workshop establishes understanding, tested examples and a practical foundation. Production integrations, additional permissions and ongoing operation require a separately defined implementation scope.
